Acceptable Use Policy

⦿ Hosting of any material that violates any national, federal, state or local regulations;

⦿ Websites devoted to the discussion of hacking activities or the distribution of hacking, cracking, phreaking and similar tools;

⦿ Use of the OpenZone network to access any device, system, service or network without the owner’s consent;

⦿ Infringing any copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights of any party;

⦿ The use of mining scripts and the action of mining a cryptocurrency. This includes but is not limited to individual, collective (pools), or cloud mining of any digital currency;

⦿ The operation of an exchange of any type (FOREX, Commodities, Cryptocurrencies, etc.) through the use of OpenZone’s hosting resources without the required documentation necessary to provide such service to its customers;

⦿ Collect or use email addresses, screen names or other personal identifiers in any capacity, without the consent of the identified individual;

⦿ Impersonate another person or entity regardless of the means and purposes;

⦿ Spamming and Mail Bombing;

⦿ Spamdexing (also known as search engine poisoning, black hat search engine optimization);

⦿ Proxy hosting or traffic relay related software;

⦿ Hosting software related to BitTorrent, Warez, etc.;

⦿ Stating or supporting the notion of hatred towards a certain social, ethnic, religious or other group;

⦿ Host, advertise or transmit Trojan horses, worms, ransomware, spyware, adware, adware, scareware or any other malicious software or programs;

⦿ Advertise money-making schemes, multi-level marketing (MLM), cryptocurrency sweepstakes, fake guru scams or other similar activities and events;

⦿ Hosting, advertising and disseminating fake news, misleading, false or inaccurate information with or without knowledge of the actual source that is fabricated;

⦿ Any unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing or defamatory data;

⦿ Obscene adult content, child abuse, unlawful harassment and misconduct of any kind;

⦿ Advertising, encouraging or supporting the use and/or sale of any over-the-counter pharmaceutical substances, prescription, recreational drugs (legal and illegal), including, but not limited to, items used to manufacture controlled substances and/or drug paraphernalia without permission from local government or other authority and without possession of proper documentation legalizing such facilitation;

⦿ Promoting, encouraging or providing any support for violence in any form, and terrorism.
