Terms and conditions for additional services

They apply to all additional services provided by OpenZone (we) to you, the customer.

The following Terms of Service (TOS or Agreement) apply to all additional services provided by OpenZone (we) to you, the customer. By purchasing any additional services from us you agree to these terms of service. All services except Shared Hosting, Cloud VPS Hosting and Dedicated Server Hosting are considered additional extra services.

Payment and refunds

An additional service will only be considered active once the corresponding payment for such service has been made. The availability of the service and its activation may not occur simultaneously in the case of services that require human interaction, some time to complete or the activation of another service that is not active at that time.
Additional services that are explicitly advertised as being included in a particular hosting package are offered free of charge for as long as the hosting package is active. Any additional services that are explicitly advertised on the Company's website as a "One Time" service are non-renewable and payable only once at the time of purchase.

Any other services that are not included free of charge with the hosting services provided by the Company and that are not advertised as "One Time" will be set up as "auto-renewable" recurring billing based on their billing cycle advertised on the Company's website or in the customer area.
All payments for additional services and renewals are non-refundable.

Free periodic backup service policy

The Company will make every effort to create regular, free backups of all customer data at least twice a week.
The Company is responsible for storing at least one full backup of the Customer's account for all shared hosting services on a separate storage array. Cloud VPS or Dedicated server customers are entitled to free daily and/or weekly backups performed on the same storage array as their service, which can be performed as often as required by the Customer based on the size available on their server.
Customer understands and agrees that it is solely responsible for backing up the website and content, associated with the account, such as email messages, SQL databases, etc. The Company has no responsibility or obligation to create additional backups, store or provide any backup to the Customer's website and other content in addition to the backup included in our SLA.
The Customer understands and agrees that the Company cannot and will not be liable for any damage, loss of data, loss of use or other loss arising from the failure to have a copy of the Customer's website and other content or having an outdated backup copy of the Customer's website and other content.

Free website transfer policy

The Company will make every effort to transfer the Customer's website to its servers, however, this is provided only as a convenience to the Customer as a value-added service and The Company cannot make any guarantees as to the timing, availability or likelihood of the account being transferred to its servers.

Each hosting company is organized differently, so there is a possibility that the Customer's previous hosting company may store data in an incompatible format. As a result, it may not be possible to transfer some or all of the Customer's data.
Each hosting service is entitled to one free website transfer. In the event that additional website transfers are requested, the company will act in the best interest of the Customer, but may refuse further website transfers in the event that the request is not financially, technically or physically feasible for the company.

Company reserves the right to charge additional fees for any additional website transfers not included in our service level agreement.
